In this newly established role, you will play a central part in the company's expansion and the establishment of a new office in Örebro. You will be responsible for building the business from the ground up, focusing on developing business in energy efficiency and HVAC solutions. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring high quality in deliveries, building relationships with customers and property owners, and leading and coaching your team.

To thrive in this role, we see that you have a background in HVAC, preferably as an HVAC consultant or with experience leading HVAC designers. You have a good understanding of the energy technical systems of properties and have worked on complex projects. Furthermore, you are a natural leader with the ability to build new business areas and create long-term customer relationships.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC or Energy.
• A strong interest in energy and climate issues and a desire to make a difference by reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions from properties.
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Experience as an HVAC designer is an advantage.
• Experience writing reports, conducting analyses, and investigations.
• A natural leadership ability and experience in building and leading teams.
• Experience with personnel responsibility is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B).
